LucidDreams17 liked post by Puffin On thread : Does This Mean I Was Close To Entering Sleep Paralysis?
Like Yoshi said, your limbs often fall asleep or go 'numb' before anything else happens. Try to take your focus off your body, that will help you to ignore it.
Oh, and I moved this to the Wake...

LucidDreams17 liked post by Vesterguard On thread : If you gain knowledge threw a lucid dream, would you remember it in the real world?
My thoughts on the topic.
It all depends how you define "new knowledge". There are certain indications that practising a given activity, be it mental or physical, while dreaming (lucid or...

LucidDreams17 liked post by Caretaker On thread : Am I close to having a lucid dream?
I define a lucid dream as a dream which you are aware that you're dreaming. If you knew you were dreaming, then you were lucid. There have been people who reported dreams where they knew they were...

LucidDreams17 liked post by Caretaker On thread : How to lucid dream without taking a nap?
That's why I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to do a WBTB to increase the number of dreams. I didn't think about the state of mind though. You probably would be too tired too become lucid....
