The 90 Day Paradiso Project

Paradiso is a program that helps you dream about your dreamscape. Well, technically. Maybe I should explain it more. On Day 1 of Paradiso, you have to have a dreamscape planned out. A dreamscape is basically a place in your dreams. The dreamscape will act as a dream sign for you, basically. Paradiso helps you dream of your dreamscape, and also become lucid in it. Paradiso is like Infinity, but Paradiso focuses more on dreamscape creation and dreaming of your dreamscape. I decided I wanted to try out Paradiso, but for 90 days. I could've chosen 30 days, or more, but most of these projects are 90 days long. There is a link to Paradiso on the word Paradiso on my first sentence of the post. You must download the goods and the Paradiso itself. Others are welcome to join in on this project. All you have to do is post the description of your dreamscape, or a picture. Then every morning, you will post the day number, and everything you did. Tell me if you actually listened to everything you were told to do. Tell me if you broke a rule (I hope you don't!). My dreamscape: "I appear in a waiting room. The room resembles the waiting room at my dentist's office. The dentist opens the door and calls my name. She tells me to do a reality check to make me lucid. She walks me down a hallways with many doors. There are three doors at the end of the hall. The door on the left has the word forest carved into it. The door in front of me has the word beach carved into it, while the door on my right has the word city. There are other doors in the hallway, which will lead to anywhere I please. I pick any door, than go through it." Simple? Yes. I picked my dentists office because I like the female dentist and I like when she is leaning over me to look at my teeth and have her really close to my face. /me runs Plus, it is simple to imagine, I can see it vividly due to experience, and I can go anywhere I want to due to all of the doors. I recently downloaded paradiso about a week or so ago. I started construction and got a decent plan for my dreamscape. It is far from complete, but i decided on the lobby, main area details and what rooms i would like to add to the main area. Then i got curious and looked at each day of the program. I saw what techniques were used on what day. It looks like it would really bring success to anyone who would follow it. The only problem is that i don't think i would be able to do it consistently right now thanks to college recently starting back. Thanks to classes returning, i'm having to adjust to my new sleeping schedule. So I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this thread to see how you progress as well as anyone else who joins the project. Although i'm not working through the paradiso program right now, i'm going to keep working on my dreamscape until it's perfect. The more familiar with it i become the more successful i'll be in getting there. Good luck with the project.

Day 1: No lucid dream or dream of the dentist's office YET. But, hey, it was only day one. I did everything I was told to do during the day, and at night too. Instead of remembering 3 short dreams like usual, I remembered one long dream, one decent-sized dream, and one fragment. Today adds in a little bit of MILD, so... Exactly one week ago, I had a lucid dream. I hope to have one tonight to!

Of course you can. Just download the stuff I told you to download in my first post. Make sure you follow all of the rules it gives, cause I am. Just post results every morning, and post a description of your dreamscape.

Lol @ the rules. I've decided to try this too. I chose my dreamscape to be the church from FF7, I always felt like I had a strong connection with it for some reason. It's only one room, but that just makes it easier for my simple mind to imagine.

Also, Paradiso helps incubate dreamscapes, so if you feel like you need more training on making your LDs consistent, then I definitely recommend trying Infinity. Okay, i have downloaded everything here is my dreamscape: Bored2Tears if it is too much like yours just tell me i will change it, because yours had some good ideas i used. I am in a forest (I love forests) I walk towards my own building and go through the door. Inside there is a desk with a recaptionist. She tells me I am dreaming, and then tells me to follow her. On the first door it says 'beach'. She now reminds me that i am dreaming. She then leads me to Door 2, the door is labelled 'Roof'. SHe tells me to follow her to Door 3, which says 'down stairs'. She tells me to follow her down the stairs, when we reach the bottom she tells me to RC. She now takes my hand and leads me to Door 4, she opens it and inside is a plain white room, for lucid practise.Now she leads me to door 5 She opens the door and it's filled with DC's at a music concert. They are all shouting 'you are dreaming'. Now, she takes me to Door 6 which is a stable for horses. Once more she tells me i'm dreaming. After this i will be lucid (or anytime during it).

Only one thing I don't like about it LucidAvenger... it goes from door 4 to door 6. Where is door 5?!?!?! :O

Whoa, strange. Today I was just thinking about how awesome it would be if I could do this and then I stumbled across this thread! I'm a noob though, so... I'll need WAAAAY more experience in actually getting lucids first. Imma download it anyways, along with Infinity, see what it's all about

Day 1: I followed all the rules. And did the visualisation above. No lucid but still it was day 1. Today i have visualised once, and i listened to that CurseLucid2, it really creeps me out. I have followed all the rules so far.

Day 2: Remembered 5 dreams. ONE DREAM included 10 FAs in it, but no lucidity. Day 3: Had trouble sleeping.

I've decided to try this out Here's my dreamscape (still in the construction part of the program): I am standing outside a little wooden house on the edge of a small green plateau high above the ground. On my right side, a river flows from the one side to the other. On the grass MY white unicorn is running around (I thought this might startle me a little bit, my unicorn never runs!). I walk into the house. My brother greets me saying: Your dreaming little brother! (My brother was the one who introduced me for lucid dreaming, and I have no problems visualizing him.) The house seems fairly simple. A little room with a few chairs and a crackling fireplace. My brother points me towards a corridor with 1 door at the end. The words "You are dreaming!" is carved into the wooden door. I open it up, and i walk into a glass elavator. (Like in charlie and the chocolate factory) The buttons say: Home and Training. There is one more button though. The "name" is blank, and next to it hangs a pencil. Above it says: Where would YOU go if you were dreaming? I can write whatever i want, and the elevator will take me there. Any comments? Very nice thread Bored2tears!

Sounds awesome, but I must ask does it have personal motivation for you? Just to make sure you look forward to both dreaming and visualising?

Yes it does=) I have selected every part because i think its either amusing, or i believe that these are things i have a good chance at being able to visualize. Also, I will most likely believe what my brother says, because i trust him in real life. As the brother in a dream is created by my subconsious, this should be right. Also, I think the elevator could would work much better then trying to fly etc, because the walls take away the feeling of flying. Could have gone for a portal room or something, but ive allways liked that charlie and .... elevator I look forward to trying to create this paradise

I broke one of the rules . Hahahah no not that one. I was spending the weekend with my friend so I couldn't continue on from Day 1, so I basically did Day 1 for three days straight. I'm back on though and about to start Day 2.

Day 1: Followed all the rules. Worked on visualizing my dreamscape all day. Very strange thing though, I didnt remember a single dream.. Will see if everything is back to normal tonight

Started over with a new Dreamscape. I realised it might be to hard visualizing all the details when i have to create everything in my mind. Changed the scene to my old Summerhouse, where ive spent all my summers since i was 1. Day 1 (Again): Recalled 2 long very detailed dreams, but no dreamscape. Lately ive been starting to write a diary about my thoughts and days, and since i began doing that, I am recalling dreams with much more details. Got a question aswell. Is anyone else finding it easier to visualize the dream from 3rd person? I find it harder to visualize in first person.
