I have conducted my own Lucid Booster. i got the idea from here; http://www.dreamviews.com/research/1...d-booster.html
And decided to make my own. Here are the things you must do:

-No Masturbation (Apparently it decreases dream recall.)
-ADA (All-Day awareness)
-Reality checks If your too lazy/don't have motivation for a bunch of reality checks, just try sticking with one reality check
through out the day.

-Stop Drop and roll technique (It's not what you think it is. what you do is lie on your back, arms at side and ankles are not crossed, and resist the urge to roll over, and you will feel your body fall asleep.) Stops insomnia, not really anything for getting lucid.

Feel free to try. posting your results with this will help me alot.
Oh, one more thing. Using this in combination with MILD (or perhaps WILD, i've never tried WILD at all, though.) will also probably be great.
