Hm. I understand now. One thing I would suggest, maybe picking an older group to start with for a question like this. I suggest this because the question involving dream characters evolving is a bit of an advanced concept. Young lucid dreamers often focus on seeking pleasure and avoiding pain in lucid dreams. Many don't often spend a lot of time talking with purpose to dream characters, or investigating the nature of the dream. Of course there are exceptions. But, I think you may have more success with this sort of thing with an older group, such as 30-50, a nice solid "adult" age range. They also just have more lucid experiences to pull from.
