What I disbelieve is that I was created by a God.

On the contrary it's much easier to believe. If you lack the intelligence to think and reason a God is a very easy way of describing the world.The Big Bang and Quantum Physics are much too complicated for feeble minds.

Scientific facts are not a belief, so we do not have a creator that we hold dear to us. Meaning we are atheist. There is no are no gods or deitys. That is my opinion

I doubt much would happen. Science made a concrete discovery of gradual evolution from a common ancestor a few hundred years ago. Religion didn't go apeshit so much as it just said 'fuck this' and decided to go live inside a small and dark cardboard box.

Whatever process was discovered would obviously have been set into motion and guided by god. God is so dead set on hiding that if there were a way we could make a machine that could undeniably detect the presence of god, I would not be surprised if they told us "God destroyed himself for the duration of the test" when it came up negative.
