      Yeah, man. Sauron had those Nazgul. Could have taken the eagle down easily.

      Besides, all it really takes is an orc arrow to take out an eagle.

      Probably.

      Its obvious an eagle is flying in and probably kinda expected.

      The point of the hobbits was to slip in undetected because noone would suspect such puny creatures of carrying such great responsibility; and they're small and unremarkable.

      Ive heard the eagle thing before..struck me at first but then I thought about the facts...point was to be secret...riding on giant eagles...not so subtle. There were spies all over right?

      also the eagles are sentient jerks, lol.

      This is not a plot hole, they explained it very clearly that the only reason they used hobbits was for the stealth aspect, no one expected a hobbit. Case closed, eagles lose, America sucks.

      Also all the actors in that vid are homos, big homos. And I'm allowed to say things like that because I plan to convert to judaism soon.

      Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

      Frodo put on the ring and was seen by the eye. Any "no one would suspect" talk is just silly after that point.
