Whats the stupidest reason you've been banned from a forum?

I got banned once, for posting a 10,000 post game in a forum games section. For 6 days. What about you guys?

i got threatened to be banned once because i was in a forum for a site called Yoyogames and i was asking if anyone would want me to make them a game based on their ideas for story or characters ( the site has a free game making engine that works very well and that's what the whole site is about is posting your games for the community to play) and a moderator came into the thread almost immediately stating i can't be soliciting in the threads, i explained i wasn't wanting to charge people, there were just members that couldn't use the engine but wanted to get there ideas out there and i offered to help, and the mod said he was locking that thread and would be watching me for further solicitations... that was the day i stopped partaking in that forum... asshole

I got banned for sitting next to a guy who called the admin of some site a twat or something on his own, very much seperate account, while he did it. I was on my own account, happily making frivolous, light hearted jokes with little to no member-directed abuse. Crazy days.

The sole administrator had been inactive for two months, and as a mod there I banned all of the other moderators and claimed lordship of the forums. A month's long reign ended in silence as the Admin returned and restored order. My name there was Betrayer. Huh. That would make for a pretty story.

I was banned as a joke for a day. I get harrassed on that forum, but haven't lately. No clue why I keep posting. Prob so they don't have the privalege of getting me to leave... that and my 22K post count, lol!

I got repeatedly banned for repeatedly trolling a forum (the only forum I've ever trolled) which was operated by a school extracurricular group I was a part of at the time. Later, in a twist of irony, when they upgraded to a different forum, they chose me as co-admin. I continued trolling and eventually lost my admin powers. What a bunch of donkies, eh?

I posted a thread called "The real Don Black" (The owner of the site) and had a picture of a tribal person. It wasn't till after I posted it that I realised that new members' posts get moderated before they become public... so I got no joy from people's hate... Ah well.

don't think i can troll actually, i feel like each thread is a certain discussion in and of it's own and to troll would to actually make yourself seem foolish, and i only reference the title Fool in the most extreme of situations, i hope i never get banned here! i love the DV community!

I'm usually pretty well behaved online, so I don't think I've ever been banned.
