How many of you are natural-LD'ers (No Pills or anything)

      The title says it all.

How many people here are pretty good at LDing without the use of ANYTHING.

Healthy foods like bananas, cheese, peanut-butter, apple juice, and whatever the hell everyone else uses to help, doesn't count.

I'm debating weather or not I should start taking Melatonin and B6 and needed to see if anyone is pro without it.

      Thanks.

All you need is some dedication and some motivation.
Whenever your thinking, just remember thoughts become things.

I think the majority of "pros" don't use supplements. IMO, supplements are pretty much just gimmicks that appeal to people who don't want to put in the long term time and effort. Personally, I hate the idea of being dependent on them.

Instead, you might consider starting a regular meditation practice - breath focus, visualization, energy work, etc. My personal theory is that this is the key for people who seem to lack "natural talent."

Completely agree with this. I do the above regularly, and when I first started I got my first LD a little over a month later. I now have 1-2 LD's every 2 weeks about.

I also like taking Calea Z every once in a while.

I didn't even try go get lucid. I just did using plain old logic to explain I couldn't be in a situation I was in because it didn't make any sense. At the time I had no idea what a lucid dream is nor how I get to it. Feels good man.

I have LDs a few times a week without the help of anything you've listed. Although I do have a glass of apple juice every now and then, just to help the process.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I've had tons of LD as a child. Except I never knew what to call it, but now I don't have as many as I would liked to. I'm motivated to keep trying. :]

Almost all dreams I remember are lucid. But I remember dreaming 1-2 times a week at best. The other time I sleep like a log. :'d
There've been weeks to months, in which i don't remember a single dream...

Not a natural LDer. I'm not even good at it after practicing for a few months. It may have something to do with my wretched sleep schedule (I work early), but even when I had a good schedule, I didn't do well.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

I have had lucid dreams since i was little but they are almost always few and far between. Except for when I was really little and had the same dream almost every night (in fact thats how I first became lucid and everytime with that dream afterwards too) But when I do have one now I have a huge inventory of weapons and powers that i have gained throughout the past probably 10 or so years of having LDs.

Oh and for me there is just one dreamworld or whatever so when I become lucid everything that has happened in any other dream that ive had somehow happened before where I currently am in a dream. So if I dematerialize something in one dream I can rematerialize it in another. That is actually how I make all things I already have it in a dematerialized form that I got either from writing it in the real world or picking it up in the dreamworld
I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.

While I have never used anything consistently I have tried various vitamins, melatonin and such things to little effect. Generally I'd have no lucidity and some weird, difficult to remember dreams but little beyond that. So currently, yes, I am a natural lucid dreamer.
