What position do you sleep in?

I sleep on my stomach, which apparently is the worst position because it eventually causes neck, back, and shoulder pain. I've been sleeping like this at least seven years now and I've never experienced discomfort, but I'm still trying to change to my side.

      What about you guys?

Stomach. I don't see how it causes neck, back, and shoulder pain.

Either on my side or stomach. but I have a lower back problem right now, so if I sleep on my stomach I wake up in a lot of pain. Well not pain, just achyness.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

I cross one leg over so sometimes I'm on my side or halfway on my stomach.

Apparently it's bad for your neck because your neck is turned 90 degrees out to the side, which stresses the muscles. As for your back, the spine straightens out too much. And people can end up with shoulder blades that are turned inwards, because they aren't supported during stomach sleeping.

      My doctor told me.

I used to sleep on my back. When I started sleeping with a lady in the bed, I switched to my side to quit snoring. For a while I caught myself rolling onto my stomach, which caused me incredible lower back pain. My back is still screwed up from it.

O_O That's a bit unnerving to think about.. whatever, I haven't experienced any problems as of now.

Most of the time I'm on my back, but I'll often roll over on to my side and sometimes back onto my back before falling asleep. I'm surprised to see so many reply stomach, I find that very uncomfortable.

The bed seems much warmer on your stomach. xD

I use to only be able to sleep on my stomach but now I can't at all; its kind of hard to breath for some reason and I get bad neck aches in the morning. I start off on my back and would sleep that way except I get insane hypnic jerks lying on my back. I sleep on my side with a pillow hugged in close, so its mostly side but leaned towards my stomach.
