Wierd off-balance feeling when lying down to sleep?

This has started happening over the past few weeks. Sometimes if I'm going to bed a bit later than I usually do, when I finally manage to lie down, as my head is going down toward the pillow I get this weird dizziness. It's kind of like a "can't get to the pillow fast enough" type feeling, and my head just drops right down.

Anyone else get this?

What have you been doing right before bed for the last couple weeks? Has your routine changed at all?

I've been going to bed at 3 instead of 1, and would usually be on Dreamviews not ten minutes before doing so. There's not much of a difference otherwise.
