      "Overclocking" something basically allows a device to run faster than the specified maximum speed certified by the manufacturer, often by configuring the hardware more efficiently. However, overclocking does lead to more heat being put out by a device, so it can cause issues (although I don't believe that is relevant to the challenge).

      So, in the context of the challenge, I imagine that this means you have to make yourself move significantly more efficiently/faster than you would normally be able to.
