Thread: Burning my itunes playlist to a DVD.

My computer's been known to poof alot so I'm getting a new one soon, but not until I can transfer all my itunes songs to a disc. I just wanted to confirm my guess that the contents of a data DVD including album artwork, music files, and ratings can be loaded back into itunes.

Anyone know about this?

From my experience, if you have the file on a disk, most media players will be able to identify the content and match it up.

Then again, when ripping from disk, it isn't unusual to have all the info deleted, including the name of the track. I'd print out a playlist for every CD, just in case.

Get a USB stick... just copy the entire itunes folder over. In the long run, the USB stick pays off.

I just constantly delete and re download music and films.
EDIT: that's not perticularly true anymore..... I moved out of the city and Now have dail up again.

And puffin.... You buy your music!?! I havnt done that in.... 5 days actually. Figured I'd support A7X.

Mine's only 82 songs. D: I convert most of them from youtube, but buy the ones I can't get off there from itunes.

Yep. Only the stuff that they don't have on Youtube though, like some remixes and whatnot.
