eyes open?

I've got a sleep mask now because no matter what i do my eyes seem to open when i try to WILD, but my eyes still open under the mask and this is uncomfortable.

How do you keep your eyes closed? I think I'm going to try tightening the sleep mask but I hope there is another way.

Just relax.... relax, relax relax relaxxxxx..... I've had the same issue. Relax, and think about how tired you are... don't actively keep your eyes closed, rather, just relax your eyelids, let go, think about dreaming, and they'll stay shut.

What I find helps is to not fight it as you're beginning the relaxing process. Don't try to hold your eyes shut as you begin the WILD process. If they open, fine. They'll naturally close again very shortly, and they'll stay that way more easily each time. And since you don't have to worry about them opening, then, you can just let your mind focus on other things, making things even easier!

Also, make sure you are in a position that doesn't cause gravity to tend towards pulling your eyes open (i.e. like when you're on your back).

Put the mask a bit higher over your eyes so when they start to open, the bottom of the mask stops them from opening fully.

well my friend once told me that when he was dreaming he was seeing a dream of his dog but in the dream the dog watches TV and the TV program is some one with the same problem as you.

well guess wat he did? (He is one smart guy) He sleeps with his eyes always open faced to the northern atmosphere (he is muslim)

btw puffin i think your solution is a bit unhealthy after all
