Exclamation WILD -> SP questions ..Need help and advice please, I hit the barrier ..cant pass it ..

      Hi all,

Still trying, which method suits me best.
So far, I believe WILD fits me best, but need your help!

After 8 hours, I wake up, drink some water, pee, and go back to bed,
      I feel relaxed ...

The following happens after roughly 30 minutes following my breath, in & out.

      1. A very slight tingling feeling ...
      2. A very slight heaviness falls over me ..
      3. The outside noise / sound around me slightly muffles ...

      (Notice the word "slight")

No matter what, I keep staying on this edge...cant seem to pass this "barrier" ! to the next stage ..

How ? ...tips, advice experience welcome.

Thanks a lot in advance for the feedback

What happens if you continue to lay there, will the feelings still feel slight, will they vanish?

Don't wait 8 hours -- wake up after 4 to 5 hours, then stay up 30 to 60 minutes and try. It can help if you take Galantamine plus Choline when you first wake up after the 4 or 5 hours.

I am dealing with the same type of situation. I cannot tell if I have reached SP because I only feel a slight tingling and I start to get lost in my own thoughts. Sometimes I feel a heaviness but then it goes away.

I get that same thing. Maybe slightly different, but i get the tingling feeling, heavy sensation, my heartbeat increases alot(but i control it better than i used to now), then after a few minutes it just goes away. I don't focus on it going away, and it never does anything after that. I just get up, RC, then get pissed that i was ther for 20-40 minutes.
