Make sure you do loads of reality checks and focus on lucid dreaming. I suggest doing MILD too

Getting up, staying awake for some minutes and then going back to sleep might help you. I 've read that people stay awake around 5-30 minutes and then try WBTB. 10 minutes worked for me. I don't know about binaural beats, they didn't work on me...
Live as if you 'll die today, dream as if you 'll never wake up...

      Goals:
      Meet my Dream Guide
      Go to the Moon
      Experience Shared Dreaming

Lucid beats? That's bullshit. Binaural beats work. If you don't believe in them, and think that they won't work anyways, they won't. So listen to them unbiased.
This is a Chillstep / Drum & Bass song I'm currently working on: Check it out!

Make sure you don't stay up too long thought, happened to me once and i never got back to sleep :/ Also, i would suggest writing on a paper or on your phone something like this. -The next time i dream, i will realize that i am dreaming. It can help alot putting it on paper.

Yeah did that too. I would suggest not staying in this PSAT for longer than 20 minutes, and then go back to bed again!

I like to do a little reading. Keep the lights low. Sometimes I review my dream journal, or read through a book about lucid dreaming.

Recalling your dreams is one thing but visualizing your dreams is something different. Try to visualize a recent dream as you drift back off to sleep. It helps me!
