That's interesting, thinking about the process not as a bodily process when you're doing it, but as a meta-physical kinda thing; 'air particles going up your nose'. You do have a unique way of describing your experiences, you should definitely ignore the bad experience of sleep paralysis and persevere in this, and carry on telling us about your progress

Just tried this, I became lucid last night!
It was technically my first lucid as well, now that I look back on my 'first' lucid it was actually semi lucid.
      But seriously, THANKS!

Hah, thank you again and to everyone who's complimented my descriptions haha I appreciate it very much. If I have another WILD, or some crazy shit happens then I'll definitely let you guys know.

Betropper, congratulations on your first proper LD, that is really good advice from Yoshi, I definitely need to expect my dream to last as they only seem to be 5 minutes and under, even with stabilization techniques. I'll do this.

Awesome Betrooper! I am glad I could help out a bit ! Stabilization techniques are great, but what really helps you out, is expecting the lucid to be long and enjoyable. Try not to even worry at all about the dream ending. It is YOUR lucid and it will carry on as long as YOU want it to. It is your mind, so take charge and let yourself know what is what !

Just a quick update I guess on how WILDing is going, MAN, I am gonna be WILDing for many years to come, after my exams, dude I'll be wilding all through summer every night, a couple nights ago I realised I was exiting a dream and then stayed still so I could hop back in, woosh, SP hits, I ride it out, there aren't any sinister hallucinations, alls well. Then I see the same square and a landscape that I previously described, this time though it was the australia mountain thing, just googled it, Ayers Rock. THis then disappeared and I found like, a dream forming around me, like a movie transition or something similar where different bits come together and gel like water and found I was in a car, fully lucid, having saw the whole transition. Man it was slick and easy, I'm gonna be doing this every ngiht once the stress is off, I'll be having a lucid every night if I want to, why not? ;D haha

Great to hear I'm going to crack WILDs after exams, too. Nightly Lucids ftw! I've just ordered Stephen LaBerge's 'Lucid Dreaming', ideal WBTB reading material

It really does, Iv'e had a lucid every night since this, so I can't thank you enough! The only issue I have now is vividness. I'll work on that and soon I will go back to WILDing.
