      WILD is this how i proceed it?

      i will wake up after 6 hours of sleep
      go to bed and stay still then i occasionally wriggle my toes to see if i have entered wild
      then i just keep my eyes open and let my body fall asleep
      i visualize my lucid dream and fall asleep

      if there is anythign wrong correct me please

      So you are right on waking up after 6 hours (anytime between 3-7 should be good) and you can either get up and go to the bathrrom, stay up for a bit (WBTB) or you could just start trying to WILD right after you wake up. Try to get comfortable, you need to keep your eyes shut and just let your thoughts flow, you will feel SP after a while, don't get immersed in it too much. Same with thoughts, just let them pass. You will probably feel the sinking in bed feeling and other various signs of SP, try some techniques on dream entering (I would provide a link of some but I am using my phone right now and can't open other tabs) so I'm not much of a help on that, but you might also end up in a random dreamscape.       There's loads and loads of tutorials here to help you out with WILD. It's a bit more complicated than that - most people transition through a stage of sleep paralysis and into a dream, which can take extremely varying amounts of time.
