How do you go about your WBTBs? Everyone has a certain amount of time they can stay up without becoming too wide awake for WILDing. I stay up for ten minutes, because any longer and I wake up too much; for others it's more or less time. The best time to WILD is from 4 - 6 hours after waking; I'm assuming you've tried that already though, so moving on. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I seem to dream more during my naps too, especially if I just had a late night. I actually took a nap a few hours ago, and had one of the longest dreams I've ever experienced. |
