      Problem with wild?

Hey guys, I got a big problem with WILD. I attempted WILD twice this week. I attempt WILD's by changing my mind between imagining that I'm fully lucid and I'm rubbing hands seeing enviorment around me becoming more vivid and focusing on the sensation of being fully relaxed, sleeping.

I think I managed getting to SP since I felt my hands and feet getting heavier and heavier, as if something would push them. I can also see some images like plasma flow. Perhaps that's hypnagogic hallucinations?

That is just as far as I go. I tried changing between these two feelings for about 25 minutes and that's about it. Nothing more. No signs of transcending into dream world. Any ideas?

The transition can be anything. Sometimes you find yourself in your bed, other times you will enter the scene you are imagining in your mind. Sometimes something totally crazy happens, and you find yourself someplace completely unexpected. Whatever happens, don't force it. Just go with whatever your mind is giving you. Go with the flow.

Make sure your timing is right when you try this. Ideally, you want to be entering into a long period of dreaming. Are you doing this after a couple hours of sleep?
