Well, the other night I couldn't sleep at all (was just going to sleep for the first time in the night) so I tried breathing deeply and counting my breaths. Oddly, I fell asleep shortly after! I guess it's because I didn't have the intent to get to a dream. It's weird how that method gets me to fall asleep while not WILDing, but leaves me too awake while WILDing.

So using that, maybe I just need more awareness?
