      Red face Eye technique

      Try it...
      1) firstly when going to sleep repeat the mantra, like "i will know, i,m dreaming"
This mantra has 2 purposes - you will get into focus your desire - you will eventually get tired more and more but you will not fall asleep - and this is crucial point
      2) As soon as you feel you are very close to drifting off to sleep, almost sleeping.. immediately look upwards with eyes closed , roll eyes up and after a very short while (for me its matter of seconds) You will start getting dizzy and feel like everything is spinning. And there it IS - Dream Kingdom!

Interesting technique, not heard of this one before. Also interesting how you say BEFORE you go to sleep, I imagine this would work even better performed later in the night. I've never been great at WILDS so I might give this a try

This is similar to Nina'a http://www.dreamviews.org/f79/quickl...ons-ld-107643/ thread. Naturally, by moving the eyes upwards one is concentrating the sense of sight towards the upper part of the frontal cortex which Nina has shown quickly leads to lucidity, though her method involves moving vibrations to this part of the brain instead. This is an interesting result without the need to reach the vibrational state. I shall be trying it for sure.

Not only does it sound easy, but sounds very cool. I'll also go read Nina's guide. Thanks to the both of you. Interesting stuff

ITS NOT IMPORTANT TO DO IT BEFORE SLEEP - IMPORTANT IS THIS: 2) As soon as you feel you are very close to drifting off to sleep, almost sleeping..
BEFORE YOU MASTER THIS TECHNIQUE - THAT IS INDUCING LDs AT MERE WILL, THAT GROGGY STATE IS CRUCIAL

Interesting, I did had have a short spree of entering mini lucids right before sleep, but i'd snap out of them almost instantly from shock. I was going to try it last night but I was just too tired and eventually forgot, I'll try again though.

I am going to try this, because I allways have a special "feeling" right before I fall asleep unconsciously. Thanks for the tip

From Fee's description No.s 2 & 3 aren't similar as those are relating specifically to the ajna chakra and not the upper region of the frontal cotex of the brain noted by Fee & Nina.

EDIT: I may be wrong though, Fee may be referring to this area instead of higher up.
