      Recognizing SP.

Last night I had 2 lucid dreams using WILD and WBTB.
I remember being in SP and started visualizing numbers to see how clear I could make images. I heard a lot of stuff and felt someone watching me but remained calm. Until I eventually got out of my bed, only to be pulled back by my throat like someone was strangling me. This happened over and over until I tried getting up with only one eye open (this worked for my second LD too haha?) anyways, i eventually got up and flew around and RC'd etc.
Anyways, I don't remember falling into SP at all - only lying In bed - but theres a gap inbetween trying and Sp like I fell asleep - is this normal?

From your description, it sounds normal. WILD is often a confusing mess, just like you described. This is part of the reason it is so hard to describe to someone exactly what to expect. People want a clear and understandable guide, but really, the best you can say is, "Expect some crazy shit."
