      !!!!surrealdreams cooking timer method!!!

Many people try to wild and fail. My technique is an unusual one. You buy a digital cooking timer from your local grocery store one that you manually set ex kitchen aid digital timer make sure it is one that turns off automaticily so you don't break the paralysis. go to sleep with it set it for how ever many hours you sleep before trying the timer wild go to sleep.you can sleep with the timer in your hand or not. It is imparitive that you dont move when you wake up.This might take a few tries to get down but once you wake up without moving. You should now be in sleep paralysis free to lucid dream.

Hope this helps post experiences I'd love to here them
      Happy lucids

If you can move your thumb to turn it off, you are not in SP

What is the point of this then? You can just download an app that only sounds and alarm for 3 seconds or so... It was done already for sure.

I posted somewhere about the timer I use on my pc, go to www.ludidology.com and get the customisable flash timer it works a treat, there a ramps already set if you would rather use them...it's a great way to WILD, it's not fail proof but very very good as an aid. By the way this method is not atall new, might be just a little unheard of but glad you found it works for yourself , I've been using it a few years now

I am new to LDing and have had one very short LD. I want to try this method, and need some advice. From your personal experience what works best, the ramp setup from lucidology.com (which I know is mostly crap) or just 3-6 minute repeating intervals?

Alarms make you forget your dreams, it's best to wake up naturally. And unless you can find the perfect sound level this won't wake you up or might wake you up too much
