I tried many times lucid dreaming,but the only thing i achived was,my body felt asleep i felt in sleep paralysis and i couldnt fell to the lucid dream...my steps was 1)relaxing staying in a comfortable position 2)looking on the dark (closed the eyes),not thinking anything 3)trying to go to the lucid dream but nothing!!the whole thing i want to ask is:my methods are right?(i cant use WILD because im a student and i tried DILD technique)
