So I decided to try WILD the other morning. I had been awake for 1 hour in the morning, then went back to bed. I laid on my back, did some slowed breathing but nothing happened, except for some annoying itches, which i successfully ignored. I laid there for about an hour, nothing was happening so I decided to roll over on my side. I felt my body immediately get more relaxed and knew I could fall asleep more easily. I tried to stay aware but let myself go in and out of sleep. |
