I've tried the WILD technique before even knowing about sleep paralysis. My body started feeling heavy and all that other stuff but you know what? Never got scared or experienced scary noises and/or hallucinations. After starting to read up on it I've become more scared to try the technique even though nothing bad happened to me the first time. My point being is that I believe it's all in your head. Just like watching a scary ass movie then trying to go to sleep. It's pretty hard sometimes but if you never had watched that movie you wouldn't be thinking about all that scary stuff. That's just my belief but I'm sure if you try and zone everything out you should be fine. |
