      Uncontrollable twitches with WILD

So it was about 4 hours after i had woke up, and i decided to lay down, listen to some isotones to calm me down, and try WILD.
First, my body felt a little tingly. At this point, it was very hard to relax even further, but after a while, i was able to relax enough for my body to become somewhat numb. so far so good.
Then i was able to push it a little further, i got to the point where the tingling sensation was taking over my whole body, even getting my face. At the same time, i started to see blobs of color and my vision seemed to be swinging. It was pretty cool, and i saw it as a sign i was getting closer to successfully entering sleep with my conscious mind. But once i hit that stage, i get uncontrollable twitches and my eyes blink, and because of that, i get reverted to the previous stage where my body is somewhat numb.
Is there anything i can do to relax myself so i can get through that stage in WILD?

try doing it closer to the time when you wake up.

Some people suggest a sleep mask may help keep your eye covered, if not closed. And just try again, it may not happen next time. And even if it does, you can continue with your attempt, you will be back on track in a few minutes.

But check this forum, there was an answer recently about some kind of eye relaxation.
