      My eyes can't keep still

I have been trying the wild technique and it seems that everytime I try it I see geometrical figures and symbols, but the problem is when they pass the through my eyes,my eyes keep on shaking who else has this problem.Does have any effect on stopping sleep paralysis, because the other day I tried sleep paralysis I layed there one hour 15 minutes(failed attempt) I also practice meditation everyday so I can get ready for sleep paralysis.

First of all, you need not worry about sleep paralysis. You do not need it to achieve a WILD. Secondly, any vibrations or feelings you have while attempting WILD does not mean it is sleep paralysis. It is most likely just normal bodily sensations that may or may not accompany a WILD attempt, which you notice since your body is falling asleep.

As for the eye movement, check this out: http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/someth...ck-here-43435/

If you wish to pursue WILD, I recommend reading through WILD (Sageous)

      Hope this helps! see ya.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

These geometric shapes are called hypnagogia. You were almost there. Personally, I don't give sleep paralysis a second thought as (for me anyway) it is overrated.

Don't worry about small movements like your eyes and swallowing. Never forget that you are trying to fall asleep. You want to stay aware AND fall asleep.

Rest your head over two pillows or put a pillow below your jaw.

You can swallow during a WILD attempt. As long as you don't pay attention to it, it won't hurt you. Wear a blindfold when you attempt your WILDs and it will stop your shaking eyes. You should be doing this after at least a few hours of sleep, and that will take care of your problem of your body not falling asleep.

I have still had bodily awareness to some degree when true REM has hit in a WILD attempt. My eyes start to twitch and go nuts. The fact that the eyees twich is a good thing, the trick is to allow it to happen, and focus on creating dream imagery, while attempting to loose track of your real body.

I had the same problem, I seemed to awake and when ever I began to see things my eyes would shake. Like they couldn't focus or my mind seemed to active. It was almost uncomfortable to have them closed at some points. Yet how I fixed it was I started going to bed a lot earlier and would also do it when I was actually quite tired and I also would listen to isochronic tones or binaural beats to help me focus. The meditation every night will also help you.. so I guess just practice will solve the issue.

Not necessarily (i think). Sometimes they can be because of the light and sudden changes in the body. Like when you press your eyes really hard and you see things and blobs if light. Hypnagogia is more on the things you sense while you are starting to fall asleep.
