      Attempting WILD in the day

      If Im taking a nap during the day. Could I instantly start attempting a WILD? I heard that when you nap you go straight to REM

      You can start a WILD at any time, sometimes it is harder to do it than others. Naps are a good time, but they are very good if they are within about 5 (?) hours of waking up.

      Remember that it is good to not be too mentally tired when attempting a lucid dream. Sleep a lot at night.

      Find a nap time when you normally dream. If your timing is right, you can go straight into REM.
