      What the F happened?

Okay so I asked this like 3 times in my introduction thread and no one answered
      This was my post:
''EDIT: Hm! Something happened! When I was laying on my bed, I tried FILD, and my body started feeling strange, then I tried WILD and stopped FILD, my body felt stranger and I felt like I was getting goosebumps. At one moment, my eyes suddenly started to move around rapidly... I tried to imagine myself to be in a dream, but I failed..
      Any explanation on what happened?''
So what the hell is this?

I got the same thing a lot of times, when I am trying to get into sleep my eyes start to move rapidly like I am searching for something to focus on but there is nothing to focus on so they keep moving.. it's got to the point by me that it's kind of normal and not disturbing..

You need to not think about your body.

Sounds like you're about to let loose, but then you stop.

Are you doing this during a nap or a WBTB? Either you're trying and are too inexperienced to know how you need to approach the transition phase, or you're doing it during the wrong time. Just keep on trying and I'm sure you'll find your way

As mancon said...you have to have a WBTB. Regarding to the FILD you switched up to (which is still a form of WILD, that's why I moved it here) I'd say once things started happening, you should have relaxed and either thought about nothing, or visualizing a scene you wanted to enter. Personally I use FILDs like DEILDs just to keep me a little more alert. I haven't had much success with a FILD in the traditional sense, but when it comes to either type of attempt, once the transitional phase startes (anything weird feelings or sounds that seem waay out of the ordinary) I stop the FILD movement, and let go and enter the dream.

Oh god I feel stupid now. I slept at night, in weekends I go to bed around 23:30 which I did. God I feel so stupid now that I missed my chance.
