      Question Problems with wild

      Hey guys.
I was trying wild the other night and i think i did everything okay but the last part. The entering in the dream part was a failure to me.
I did a WBTB, i was up for a couple of minutes because i didn't want to putt at risk me falling a sleep because of being too many time awake and i went back to bed. In bed begin to star the relaxation using the free fall technique that can be found here in this forum http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/jeff77...2/#post1662489

Then i used my anchor that as counting backwards from 100 to 1 in between breaths. That works because i noticed that my body was falling a splee wyle my mind was awake. I even noticed sleep paralysis. Its unmistakable. I felt all my body went numb, a really loud noise like a vibrations sound and i felt my whole body vibrating. I knew that was sleep paralysis and i remain calm telling myself that was just a normal thing.

Then the dificult part. I stop felling that sensations but then i was there in my room, lying in bed. I tried to float of my body but i really didn't know what to do. I tried to visualize a dream and put my self in the dream body but i suck at visualization and even if i could forget about my really body for a couple seconds i was back in there in know time.

So i was there. The hard part was done and the easy i couldn't do it.

So what do you say? Got any tips?

A lot of people here recommend that, at this point, get out of bed as you normally would. Because you're in SP, you can't move. Therefore, really you'd be getting out of bed in your dream body. This is probably because it's such an automatic routine to us that we know what it will feel like. Give it a go and see if it helps, good luck!

There's a chance it may be a False Awakening. If not then sorry, I'm not experienced enough to know a solution

Sometimes it just doesn't work out. Keep trying.

Looks like you were there brunom. This is the hard part with WILDs.
I have only had two, and they were really vivid. I didn't start either in my bed.
I think the hardest part once you are actually in the dream is to NOT think about your eyes, your sleeping body, or your bed.
You also have to keep out the senses of the waking world, as those easily come into the dream. You could easily find yourself in the dream, but still hear things from your house. You have to learn what is real and what is not, and you have to learn how to move your dream body instead of your waking body.
It was once explained to me that when dreaming, specially WILDing, you have 10 senses. You have your waking senses, and your dream senses.
I'd say just keep trying, and practicing how to get out of bed. Try your best to influence the dream scene before the dream appears.

I have become quite interested on the layers of lucidity, and I use them to measure how lucid a dream is. For more information on these layers, click here.
