      Help with DEILD?

im still confused on when i should wake up to start my DEILD induction, like 3 hours? or 4? is it the best to wake up right before your REM sleep? or right in the middle? and also is this technique easier than MILD/DILD techniques?

I think you should be in the middle of the REM for it to be successful, dunno about accurate time though, haven't done much DEILD attempts myself. From what i heard though it's really easy technique, personally i would say it's easier than DILD/MILD, but only mostly because i had not much luck with DILD/MILD.

Edit: Here's tutorial: http://www.dreamviews.com/wiki/DEILD-Tutorial you indeed should be in REM for it to be successful.

OK so my alarm went off about 4 hours after I feel asleep then I woke up I actually was perfectly still and eyes closed and I knew my alarm would go off after 20 seconds so I counted in my head about 30 seconds and I still wouldn't go off so I was like dang it I have to turn it off so I did and I didn't get to deild but I know I can stay still I just have to set the alarm correctly

Normally for me, I wake up around 4 am or somewhere around that time before 5 am. If I were you, I'd try not to worry about how many hours passed. Just try to get back into your dream and go from there. When I wake up, I think what I dreamed about to see if I dreamed about anything. If I did (which is often the case), I think about whether or not I want to dive back into the dream or write in my journal. Sometimes I'll end up dreaming that I am writing in my journal. So yeah, see what happens.

I find Dutchraptor's DEILD Guilde to be helpful.

So an alternative to using the alarm, if you can remember, you can use those brief micro awakenings during the night to try to DEILD. But it seems for me that I sacrifice my recall when I try it. Instead of recording the dream in my bedside dream journal I just focus on lying still and holding awareness. Though this way might be more difficult it's still a nice way to sort of throw a "Hail Mary DEILD" and hope for the best. Just a though. You might have more luck with it than I but I have been successful on occasion.

and also is this technique easier than MILD/DILD techniques?
I think each person varies but I've had a lot more luck with MILD lately. I think you should give DEILD a chance first... maybe a month or two before switching techniques.
