I never was able to stay awake enough to have a lucid dream, BUT I could always stay awake long enough to see the 'flashing images' and colors. I have changed my sleep schedule (Was Sleep at 10:30-45 and wake up 6:30, Now is sleep at 11:30-12:00 and wake up at 6:40). And ever since, I've never been able to stay conscious long enough or remember most of my dreams. Could this be my problem? As always; any help is appreciated. |
