I think it was a low level, because I was aware that it was a dream, but I wasn't excited about it at all.

What concerns me is the fact that became lucid when I went to sleep inside my dream, and I "woke up" and thought I was awake. Does this mean that I will have to dream about going to sleep and dreaming to ger lucid?
You say it twice that you realized you are dreaming. I would say that was a lucid. No matter what happened in it, or if you saw anything, or vision was blurry, or you had no controll at all, and even if it ended just after a second or two.

I had a period of time, when all I was doing was going to sleep in my dream and waking up either lucid, or I thought I was lucid, but actually I wasn't. I was even telling everybody in my dream "I'm going to take a nap now so I can be lucid". Then it stoped happening.

A "dream within a dream" is still just that one same dream. We probably don't dream in layers. So when we go to sleep in a dream and wake up into another dream, that's jsut that same dream, only with changed dreamscape and scenario. I think I just means, that in your waking life, you are thinking a lot about going to sleep to get lucid. But it's also possible, that you get lucid "when you wake up in your dream". But that's just a scenario your mind made up. Just a normal dream, in which you get lucid (DILD).

But it definitelly is a good thing. It reflects, that your mind is thinking about lucid dreaming too.
