Thread: First WILD Experiences!?

When I first tried WILD, I heard voices outside my door. My body also vibrated, as if going through turbulence.

One thing to remember while WILD, and possibly the most important: Let your body fall asleep. The point is to watch your body fall asleep, not keep it awake. Sometimes, thoughts may race through your head while laying down - let them pass, do not try to hold them back, otherwise, you won't fall asleep anytime soon.

Also, when going through Hypnagogic Halucinations (HH; when you hear voices, bangs, etc. while falling asleep), do not be afraid - it will come to pass. When the vibrations and HH stop, do a RC - you'll more than likely be dreaming (WILD also tends to cause false awakenings - make it a habit to RC after waking up in your bed).

But before you do that, if I may suggest, you should practice for DILD http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...cid-dream.html and have afew of those first, before trying for a WILD. Happy dreams
