If you are not falling asleep, you are not going to pull of a standard WILD. To be clear, you want to fall asleep. So, congrats! You fell asleep and perhaps stayed somewhat aware. The idea is to sleep. Snoring is a good sign you got that far. Staying aware does not mean a dream will form, but being aware AND asleep is step one. Now you need a dream to form. Keep going and do not get frustrated. |

Ok, I will get some normal sleep tonight and the next. I have tried the WBTB every night for a week and a half now. I didn't think my decline in success could be due to lack of sleep. |
