Unhappy I can't get my body fully paralyzed

I am new to lucid dream (Wild technique) but after some experience in this field
i could successfully manage to concentrate on my breathing until i reach the body paralyzed state, and at this stage i start to feel that my heart is beating very fast, but i keep my eyes closed and focusing on the WILD technique.
However the main problem is that i don't feel that my body is fully paralyzed, i can easily move my body if i want to
i need help or advice to enter the fully paralyzed state
      waiting your support guys
      thanks a lot

      Welcome to the forums!

Let me go ahead and say what probably everyone else is going to say in response to this: sleep paralysis is not necessary for WILDs.

I know there's a few sources out there *cough*Lucidology*cough* that say that sleep paralysis is a big part of having a WILD. Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon that you may just rarely experience a few times in your life. Although it's natural and happens every night when you sleep, it is rare that you will actually experience while awake/aware. It can happen when you WILD, but it should NOT, I repeat, should NOT be your goal. If you're trying for sleep paralysis for WILDs, you're probably going to get nowhere.

So don't sweat it if you can't get fully paralyzed, because it's really not that important, and trying to get there will just distract your from your actual WILD attempt.
"Going through life worrying about the little things is like cooking with motor oil instead of cooking oil. Sure, you can still probably pull it off, but it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth in retrospect." - Me, apparently
