Dream Leaf works well. It has a blue pill you take at night which induces deep sleep, and then a red pill you take 4-6 hours later (during WBTB) which causes a REM rebound.

I take L-Theanine before bed, usually just drop some powder in my glass of water I take to bed with me. I've had more vivid dreams and having constant WILDs since I started taking it.

I had my first success with 50mg 5-HTP at bed time to mildly suppress REM sleep, then waking up 5 hours later and taking 8mg Galantamine with 250mg of Choline. Learned this trick from FryingMan, and a book I read entitled "Advanced Lucid Dreaming, The Power of Supplements" by Thomas Yuschak. Excellent book. The important thing is to NOT take supplements except on a night you have set aside and dedicated to lucid dream. Take the lowest effective dose (start low and work up) and NEVER exceed the dosage or frequency recommendations. Once every 10 days or so is probably the most I'll ever take any supplements.

I recommend conservative use so you don't loose efficacy. I'd rather have 100% success every 10 days than 20% success every three nights. Far less expensive and far less likely to have a negative health consequence.

I've had some success with Ginko taken before bed with WILDing, it gives me the extra alertness required to go through the transition without loosing concentration and ending up in a normal dream.

Also 5HTP, choline, biterate and Alpha GPC are good after 4.5 to 7 hours sleep.

I have had success with dream teas too: Yerba Mate, Mugwart, and Varlerian Root (though it stinks of old socks)

So I decided to try Phenylethylamine, and I usually just mixed my L-theanine into water and it was tastless, but the PEA was crazy bitter. Should I put it into capsules? (would take forever) or is there some other way to take it?

As DoubleHelix said, the 5HTP has to be taken on the evening as it's goal is to supress REM on the begining of the night, which gives back a REM rebound after several houres of sleep.
