I just tried again for one of the nap-type WILDS. Didn't work. I was up there for about half an hour without moving at all, but my family was watching a movie downstairs and it distracted me too much -.-'. Also I kept drifting into the beginning of non-lucid dreams, which hasn't happened to me any other time 0.o
Thanks Demara, but after I get past a wave of HI (which for some reason didn't happen when I tried just like, 10 mins ago) I think I'm either awakened or something. I don't enter SP, I tried an exit technique but it didn't work

Xyster, thanks I put the toungue to the roof of my mouth to try it and even though I'm not trying right now it seems to help! Should you be encouraging the HI at all? Like I think I saw a glimpse of it, but I was trying to count breathes. If I see it should I stop counting breathes and concentrate more on HI?
