You are probably going to have to stabilize the dream. Try out several different stabilization techniques and see if that helps (rubbing hands together, shouting "increase clarity now", feeling your environment using all your senses to build the scene around you, etc.). You could also try a few other things like wiping your eyes clear, putting on some glasses in your dream, using some dream eye drops, traveling to a different scene or setting (walking outside, flying downtown, walking into a different room, etc). The key is to NOT get frustrated and just practice fixing it. Also, ignoring the fact that your eyes aren't working properly and continuing with the dream can sometimes help better than any other technique.
