So early this morning my phone went off for a wild. I had read Crazyinsane's canwild method and I wanted to give it a try but of course I forgot to lay perfectly still and I opened my eyes a little. I tried to wild after that in two positions and I finally got frustrated and gave up. So I rolled over and tried to go back to sleep. Right before I lost consciousness I started feeling vibrations and the hallucinations associated with a wild. I got really excited, my mind woke up, and rode the "beast" all the way into a dream. Reflecting on the morning later I realized that when I was really trying hard to wild I was almost never successful but when I didn't focus on wilding and focused more on falling asleep I was much more successful. Is this a legitimate tip I could give someone? |

Haha! That's great... I have been through a lot of material on WILDing and I've heard that before. I think where I was going wrong was that I was way too focused on relaxing and breathing. Trying hard to relax is almost like an oxymoron. I'll just be more passive. Thanks |

5 out of my 7 WILDs came from trying to fall asleep after failing to WILD. Ironic isn't it? |

Spoiler for Goals:
Hahaha ironic... but very also telling as to what you are screwing up when you're try to wild. It's a cool observation. I just wanted to see if what was true for me was true for others. |
