Another WILD questions and doubts post ^^

Hey guys. I never succeded at WILDing, I tried 7-8 times (maybe its not a lot but it tires me...) and I never reached to SP, I only reached to hypnagogic imagery not even sounds I think... Im now on vacations and now I really attend to have a succesfull wild but I need some help explaining somethings and I would be very appreciated

1-I read a lot of posts and in attempting a WILD you should only concentrate in your body ( like the nostrils or a part of the body) and not in the outside (like thoughts, and music (isochronic tone I tried the last time though DILDed xD)And you shouldn't concentrate on the hypnagogic imagery right? Only if you are already in SP. Am I right?

2- As when you are wilding you can move your eyes or not? because its hard for me trying not to move them and it seems that I shouldnt try not to move them

3- Is there a way that stops me from opening my eyes when Im WILDing? Because past 30 minutes I realize that my eyes were open

I dont remember anything more but I will post here if I forgot to post something!

You can move your eyes. However, don't focus on it. Also people mention about swallowing your saliva... agian, don't focus on it

I read in another thread just a min ago that you can WILD with your eyes open as long as your focused

That's all I can tell you

1- I think Focusing on HI shouldn't be executed til after SP. When I WILD, I just keep my mind occupied until my grasp with the outside world lessons. I usually do this through song. I play a song from beginning to end in my head without skipping any parts. By the end of the song I usually have the first symptoms of the SP, so its easy to follow imagery from there into a dream.

2- as the above post said, you can move your eyes, but you shouldn't focus on it. If you are truly focused, you won't even notice if your eyes are moving.

3- this happens to me too. If you just keep a focused mind, you wont notice opening your eyes. In WBTB, WILDs take less time and your eyes should be pretty much heavy enough to stay closed.

Hope this helps. I'm new to the forum but not LD's.
