      Describe your coolest dreamscape

It seems as I get older, I dream less and less of amazing landscapes and fantastical sceneries, and more of boring places from everyday life - my house, my work, classrooms, etc. So as an effort to inspire me (and hopefully others), describe some of your coolest dreamscapes you remember, whether you were lucid or not, and why they stand out as so amazing to you.

Probably the coolest one I can think of off the top of my head was one lucid where I was at this giant overpass-like structure. It was like a shady place underneath an elevated highway, but the structure was huge - I'm talking like 200 feet high. I think the coolest part was that it was kinda futuristic, like the structure itself was made of very modern materials, but there was still plenty of vegetation, and it felt incredibly calm.

Hmm, just last night I had a pretty sweet lucid dream. It was after a WILD, it was my first time actually going directly into a dreamscape rather than starting a WILD from my room which was super cool. While I was WILDing for whatever reason I had got it in my mind that I wanted to be a jedi, which is strange because I'm not a huge star wars fan or anything. Anyways, I was deposited straight into this awesome snow landscape there was a huge log cabin building to the side and those stereotypical trees you see in snowy environments, I don't know what they are called. I was a little shocked that I had actually managed to go straight into a dreamscape so the dream actually ended, but I used a dream re-entry technique and everything was all good. As I went on to explore I went into this sort of cavern after fighting some kind of ice wolf. In the cavern there was this berry bush that was alive, like the plant kind of moved and would strike at things. I decided that these berries would help stabilize my dream and so I swatted the bush with my hand and the plant broke off and stuck to my hand, which was a little painful. I ate the berries off my hand and they tasted amazing, helped stabilize my dream too

Anyways I don't want to post my whole dream here or anything, it went on for a while.

I had a really vivid dream a while back that started in a rounded glass building high up on a cliff, overlooking the ocean. It was night and the stars were extremely bright, enough so that it was easy to see the whole ocean extending out below and beyond the windows. I remember looking up, staring at this one particularly bright star gleaming at the center of a skylight.

The same dream also transitioned to this harbor, presumably located beneath the glass building on the shoreline. I was in the ocean, the orange/pink sky from a setting sun glistening on the still water. Off in the distance, a large storm, gray and powerful, with lightning flashing (but no audible sound) was approaching. I swam out to the center of that storm, high waves rolling and pushing me back, to find a small area of still water that was somehow hard enough to stand on. On that still area was an incredible door, extremely large and ornate, decorated with several odd shaped indents meant to hold keys of some sort. The keys themselves were strewn about the calm water platform, and I rushed to collect them, all the while the storm ripped around me.

I loved this dream and still think about it's dreamscape frequently. It was like nothing I'd ever dreamed of before

That's easy. It was actually from that dream from the competition on night 3.

I remember I had just come out of this foggy woods (behind me) and there was some kind of swampy lake/pool behind me with some reeds and the likes. It was the area that I had come from. I just remember that the area I was in was a small grassy meadow. I just remember looking from left to right. Directly behind me was the forest that I had come from, foggy and dark, and spooky, but it gradated into a living forest with these huge trees. (For some reason when I saw them, what I thought of were the huge jungle trees from Minecraft)

In the trees were these huge mango-type fruits. I say mangos because they gradated from yellow on top to red on bottom. Each of the fruits were big enough that people had made windows and doors in them, and put wooden roofing tiles. I think one of them even had a chimney. There were rope bridges going between them.

Like this only hanging from trees and with roof tiles.

Continuing to the right was one of the buildings from my college campus. (Sadly the real world and its boringness seems to infiltrate even the best of dreamscapes.) But I think it connected via rope bridges through the windows to the mango treehouses and to the two rows of vibrantly colored and decorated townhouses. (I think there was a pagoda up on a hill too.) There were some DCs hanging out in a plaza type area just below that. I could swear one of them had this little buggy type car.

Next to the hill that had the pagoda was like a dutch styled windmill, only it wasn't a windmill. It had a perpetual motion wheel on it only it was working.

The whole area to my right was this big hedge maze full of fruit. I could swear women were picking the fruit into baskets onto their heads and feeding it to this giant bipedal mushroom with an elephant's trunk. I think there was a river/water feature invovled too.

And to top all that off, you got the usual most beautiful thing to exist in my dreams. (The dream was even set like a Dawn/Dusk time)

The dreamscape was so amazing that the DC I was with (my dad) exploded because he couldn't take it all.

Yeah, I get annoyed by this too. I'm tired of wanting to teleport somewhere cool and ending up at my college. Cool Dreamscapes must prevail over the boringness!!!!
