Balancing LD, dream recall and work

      Hey everyone,

since I got my job, I am having hard time balancing lucid dreaming, dream recall and work. How do you guys write your dreams if you have to go to work as soon as you get up (or in other words, you don't have the luxury of writing dreams for 1 hour each morning)?

      Can you share some tips?

      Thanks in advance!

I take a bus in the morning, which allows me to record my dreams onto my phone. I use a great app for Android called "Lucidity"

you can just tag each dream with some words and recall it in you head for one or two times. when you come back from work/ before you sleep you can journal it then. try around with how many tags you need or how often and how detailed you have to repeat a dream to be able to recall it after several hours

Awwww yeah. The other morning I woke up after having like 4 separate dreams. I remembered each part as I was getting up, then when I got in the shower I decided to give them each a title, just like one word. I repeated them over and over in my head, always in the same order because that helps me remember. Then when I got to work, I wrote down the titles in my dream journal on here. Sometimes at work I get in early and I can just type it all up, other times I have just the title to go by.

I'm working on this more myself, so we'll see how it goes. I'm lucky I get to work in an office where I'm at a computer all day.
