The only technique you need to start is wake back to bed! Probably the easiest thing out there. |

I think that is still the best book out there for lucid dreaming. Don't let it seem overly complicated. If you understand the basic principles behind MILD and prospective memory, you will be golden. |

I second the WBTB being the easiest method, you can go lucid in about 5-10 minutes because you fall asleep faster. |

Supporting everyone else here. ETWOLD is a must-have book for everyone who decides they want to train themselves to have regular lucid dreams. It's a brilliant book written by a guy who knows what he's talking about (years of lab research studies to back him up!). |
