Of course it was a good idea! EWOLD is a really good book, and helps a lot to understand the science of LDing.

I believe that is one of the most popular books on lucid dreaming, so I recommend it based off that.

And for lucid dreaming in 30 days? I think it is possible with dedicated awareness expansion practice, reality checks and meditation.

The only technique you need to start is wake back to bed! Probably the easiest thing out there.

The book should be good as well

I think that is still the best book out there for lucid dreaming. Don't let it seem overly complicated. If you understand the basic principles behind MILD and prospective memory, you will be golden.

I second the WBTB being the easiest method, you can go lucid in about 5-10 minutes because you fall asleep faster.

      Ok my friend,

to give you an idea, Mr. Laberge was the first person to clinically prove that lucid dreaming is possible. He is like Neil Young to Grunge music, or Cool Herc to hip hop. If my analogies are too vague, suffice it to say, yes, this was a good choice.

Also, I think I found a free elink to Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming here:

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge

      Enjoy

Supporting everyone else here. ETWOLD is a must-have book for everyone who decides they want to train themselves to have regular lucid dreams. It's a brilliant book written by a guy who knows what he's talking about (years of lab research studies to back him up!).

I've never even heard of the LD in 30 days book.
