Angry I cannot get these thoughts out of my head!!!!

So I have a problem that's keeping me from focusing on lucid dreaming when I try to MILD. Thoughts and worries just pour into my head and I can't get them out! I try to just let go of them but nothing really happens I just find myself thinking about them Over and over and over and they won't leave. I have tried to meditate but I still can't seem to get them out!

Has anyone else experienced this and if so do you have any tips?
If not does anyone have any good ideas to stop this?

      Thanks.

Try meditating before you attempt to MILD. Clear out all of your negative emotions and feelings. That way you can focus on your mantra rather than your worries.

Try writing down everything you're thinking of, and maybe some possible solutions to things you keep worrying about? Then tell yourself you can't think about it anymore once you've written it down, there's nothing you can do about it right now, etc. That's helped me, at least.

I would just stop worrying about it if I were you. Let your brain work through all it's worries - the exact same thing happens to me, but I just let it run it's course. Kitties advice is good too. Write the things that are bothering you out on a piece of paper, and tell yourself you can deal with them in the morning. Good luck!

Everyone's already suggested what I was going to say! Write them down, or visualise putting all your worries and concerns into a box or an inanimate object. While that box holds all your concerns, you do not need to think about them and you're free to let your mind be peaceful

Meditation is also a skill which takes practice and time to learn - at first it's difficult for some but you will become better

Try muscle relaxation techniques and visualization to relax.
