Easy. Just get into the habbit of asking yourself if you're dreaming every time you wake up in the morning. False awakenings can seem more real than normal dreams, so use one of the almost foolproof methods, like looking at your hands to see if they look strange, or looking at a clock twice expecting a different result the second time, or try to read something detailed. Do that every time you wake up and all false awakenings will turn into lucid dreams. |
