Have you ever heard of string theory? It's the idea that reality itself is not real the way we think it is.
Infact, when they get down to the very matter that makes everything it actually defies the laws of physics. It doesn't have mass, neither is it really solid.

I found that I had to painfully push myself to finish Carlos Castaneda’s book: “The Art of Dreaming.” Initially the subject matter was some what intriguing and made me ponder the core of my belief system and internal ideas about reality, and religion, but sadly as I read on it left me hanging. I went from wondering whether or not there was some great "truth" to be learned to thinking that this is just another poorly fabricated fiction. I am left perplexed as to how this can help with my lucid dreaming practices…
