You can train yourself to not move as soon as you wake up. Each time you wake up after a normal dream, catch yourself as soon as you can and don't move anymore. You might end up changing your position in bed, and moving a lot at first. But, if you keep doing this, eventually you'll wake up and not move at all, which can result in a DEILD.
It's easier to DEILD after a lucid because you know exactly when you're going to wake up, and you can anticipate when you're going to be back in your bed. If you anticipate DEILDing while the dream's ending, though, you should watch out for false awakenings. I've entered a few of those before, because I "knew" I wanted to DEILD when some of my lucids were ending.
