      crazy technique but awsume

TO try to get lucid i stayed up for longer than 24 hours so my RAM cycles would be longer but there was some weird side effects like i would be looking at a peacie of rice on the counter and it would grow legs and crawl away and i would see animals at the corner of my eye walking around but when i look at them and they would disappear or at one point i was siting on my bed and i looked over and saw my dog leg next to me in the dark but when i grab my phone to use it as a light to get a better look it disappear when i put the light on it and when i sat down at my kitchen table and lisend to music i kept falling sleep then waking up when my head hit the table any one experience this before or know what it means when this happend it was my third day of staying up and when i did fall a sleep i slept for 15 hours but no lucid dreams im thinking of trying agian if not deadly

You probably didn't remember them after being so tired, also you were hallucinating from sleep deprivation. You should just try the normal methods of lucid dream induction look up REM rebound, that should help a little, also although I don't recommend it for various reasons you can keep staying up as long as you do it naturally without any aids. If you really can't though you might try eating an apple that is as effective as drinking a coke. Oh and why I say don't use stuff to keep you awake it can cause your brain to change.
"For a long time it gave me nightmares, having to witness an injustice like that. It was a constant reminder of how unfair this world can be, I can still hear them taunting him. 'Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids!'... How come they just couldn't give him some cereal?"

Keeping your mind and body awake for such a long period of time causes the brain to not function properly. Sleep is needed for the brain to recover and process impressions made throughout the day. You probably didn't have any good dream recall because you were far too tired, as stated by ooflendoodle in his previous post.

Don't force your body to stay awake for such a long time. It's dangerous for your health.
If you want Lucid Dreaming to work properly for you, then you should have the right amount of sleep every night. This is why most guides tell you to "don't try this if you will only get 3-4h of sleep".

Tl;dr = Don't force yourself to stay awake it's stupid and you won't have any LD's.

I have read that sleep deprivation can help you go lucid , but i didnt want to stay up for a full day to verify this technique. Thank you for sharing your experience with this it is much appreciated. namaste.

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
